Role & Responsibilities
As a Casual Registered Nurse in the Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) programs, your key duties will include:
H2: Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centred Care
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and implement care plans.
- Administer treatments, medications, wound care, and IV therapies.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and recovery.
H2: Ensuring Quality & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Identify and respond to clinical deterioration.
- Adhere to Cabrini’s high standards of healthcare service delivery.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA) qualification
- Strong clinical expertise and autonomous decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in aged care, community health, or acute care preferred
