The Role: Youth Access Worker at headspace Batemans Bay
This full-time position offers a fixed-term contract until June 2027, located at headspace Batemans Bay, NSW. As a Youth Access Worker, you’ll provide vital case management services within a mental health service context for young people diagnosed with mental health disorders or those at risk of developing one.

- Comply with ethical, legal, and policy guidelines within mental health service delivery.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or similar.
- Registration/membership with relevant bodies such as AHPRA, AASW, or ACA.
- Experience in case management and brief interventions for young people.
- Sensitivity to the mental health and cultural needs of diverse youth groups.
