Key Responsibilities

As a Truck Driver & Docking Operator Randstad Seven Hills NSW, your main duties will include:

• Safely drive and operate Heavy Combined (HC) trucks.
• Assist with docking trucks into waste facility bays.
• Load and unload waste materials while following safety procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of vehicles and docking areas.
• Collaborate with operations staff to maintain efficient workflows.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Valid Truck License (HC/HR preferred).
• Experience in truck driving or waste management (preferred but not essential).
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
• Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.
