Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior support plans and record restrictive practices.
- Provide personal care, hygiene support, and assist with health-related needs.
- Perform household tasks, including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning.
- Support customers to engage in meaningful activities and be part of their local community.
About You
- Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work active night shifts when required.
- Strong understanding of Behavior Support Plans and restrictive practices.
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full, unrestricted Australian work rights.
Requirements
- NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Pre-employment medical and proof of work rights.
