Role and Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide essential care and support to children, young people, and adults facing challenges.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living skills.
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development.
  • Complete daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports.

Skills and Requirements

  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence (ability to travel outside Wagga Wagga is mandatory).
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
  • Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support (preferred but not required).
