Duties

  • Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages
  • Provide procurement and contract advice
  • Measure quantities, create estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and pre-tender estimates
  • Oversee projects from feasibility through completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget control
  • Conduct value engineering

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management (specializing in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying
  • Experience with CostX preferred
  • Membership in an accredited professional organization (e.g., RICS, AIQS)
