How Will You Help?
As an Operational Resilience Manager, you will:
- Assess and enhance the operational resilience framework, covering third-party management, business continuity, risk management, and technology in Operational Resilience Manager London.
- Design and implement resilience processes and controls to align with internal policies and external regulations.
- Work across various business functions to identify and reaffirm critical business services and impact tolerances.
- Develop detailed resource mappings, covering people, processes, technology, facilities, and information.
- Execute a risk-based operational resilience testing program, using severe but plausible scenarios to identify vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate business assessments of outsourced arrangements and third-party providers.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, including alignment with DORA and CPS 230.
- Report to senior management on the status of operational resilience capabilities.
