About the Role
Our Auto Parts Interpreter Job involves assisting trade, industrial, and mining customers with accurate technical support. You will be responsible for interpreting parts, processing customer orders, and providing expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret auto parts and process customer orders
- Dispatch products and parts efficiently
- Promote special offers and arrange buy-ins
- Manage customer credits and inquiries
- Be the first point of contact for customers (in-person and phone)
- Maintain a strong safety culture
