Key Responsibilities of Merchant Support Agent

As a Merchant Support Agent, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing front-line service to merchants and customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Onboarding and training merchants on internal platforms to enhance their experience.
  • Ensuring that KPIs and daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement service improvements and best practices.
  • Identifying and solving recurring issues, enhancing service delivery.
  • Assisting with evaluating the quality of services provided to both internal teams and clients.
