About the Role
We are looking for a Full-time Head Nurse who has strong communication and team-building skills, as well as previous experience leading and motivating a high-functioning nursing team.
The team, clients, and patients at Robina Village are down-to-earth, positive, easygoing, and professional. Whether it’s cuddling with patients, chatting with clients, or assisting in surgeries, we work together to make a difference in the lives of our furry friends and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the veterinary nursing team, fostering a positive team culture.
- Perform general nursing tasks, including pre- and post-operative care, animal pathology, and emergency care.
- Enhance clinic operations and efficiency through initiative and leadership.
- Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Handle client enquiries professionally in person, via email, and over the phone.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Cert IV qualification in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with RX Works software (ideal but not essential).
