Your New Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Role, you will provide high-quality nursing care in our Rehabilitation unit at Braeside Hospital. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering compassionate and effective patient care.
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Assisting with daily patient assessments and care plans.
- Ensuring best practices in rehabilitation nursing.
- Rotating shifts to support continuous patient care.

Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Passion for rehabilitation care.
- Experience or qualifications in the specialty.
- Ability to work a rotating roster.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites.
