Role Responsibilities
- Laboratory Duties: Manage all aspects of IVF procedures, including egg, sperm, and embryo handling.
- Quality Management: Ensure adherence to Quality Control and Assurance protocols.
- Advanced Techniques: Experience in embryo hatching, biopsy, and tissue handling is advantageous.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee specific laboratory portfolios.
Qualifications Required
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor of Science or related degree.
- IVF Training: Proven experience in human IVF laboratory techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within our care network as needed.
- Work Authorization: Australian citizenship or permanent residency preferred; visa sponsorship considered for qualified international candidates.
