Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging course content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
- Utilize interactive educational technologies to enhance student learning experiences.
- Support higher education course design, development, and assessment strategies.
- Plan and deliver professional development programs for academic staff.
- Provide high-quality customer service and stakeholder collaboration.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
- A degree in Education or Educational Technologies with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of course design, development, and LMS platforms.
- Experience in technology-enhanced learning and teaching.
- Proven track record of project management and professional development facilitation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
