About the Role

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef in a hotel or high-quality restaurant.
  • Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and strong cooking techniques.
  • A completed Chef Apprenticeship or a Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, safety practices, and accurate knife skills.
  • Experience in various cooking methods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team.
