About the Role
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily unit operations.
- Ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support and mentor nursing staff.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
To qualify, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. Additionally, you must be enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or possess a qualification in mental health practice.
