Aged Care Program Coordinator – Beaumont People Eastern Suburbs Sydney
Beaumont People is proud to partner with The Junction Neighbourhood Centre (JNC), a vital community organization serving the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. With over 50 years of service, JNC operates from community centres in Maroubra, Glebe, and Bondi Junction, supporting families, individuals, and older people. We are seeking a Group Services Coordinator to join the Aged Services team and deliver high-quality programs that reduce social isolation and promote wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities of an Aged Care Program Coordinator
Planning and Coordinating Activities
- Organize and deliver group activities and outings for older adults.
- Manage logistics, including travel arrangements and venue coordination.
- Ensure all activities meet quality and safety standards.
Client and Team Engagement
- Develop service plans tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and support a team of volunteers and support workers.
- Collect client feedback and adjust services as needed.
Compliance and Administration
- Maintain accurate client records and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant aged care policies.
- Use CRM software to manage data and service delivery.
Essential Criteria
- Experience delivering services to older people or individuals with disabilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License; willingness to drive a 12-seater bus preferred.
