Position: Senior Barber

The Big Beard Cartel is looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Barber to join their team on a full-time basis. The role involves catering to both existing and new clients, ensuring they receive top-notch barbering services. Key responsibilities include:

Assessing hair and scalp health, providing consultations, and recommending treatments and products.
Cutting and styling hair according to clients’ specifications.
Trimming and grooming hair and beards using combs, razors, scissors, and clippers.
Applying hair and beard colors safely.
Washing hair with appropriate shampoos and conditioners.
Advising clients on aftercare tips for skin and scalp.
Maintaining barbershop sanitation and health standards, including cleaning and disinfecting workstations.
Processing client payments efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

A Certificate III in Barbering or higher, and/or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
High-level skills in cuts, shaves, and beard grooming.
A professional attitude towards work.
Exceptional customer service skills.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
