Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and current registration.
- Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS or CDIP) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and regulatory requirements.
