As part of this role, you will contribute to high-impact financial transactions, working with Private Equity, Corporate, and Advisory clients. Senior Manager Deals Services – Join PwC Private Sydney to lead M&A transactions and financial due diligence in a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
- Analyze financial statements and business models to identify key value drivers.
- Support companies in acquiring, divesting businesses, or raising expansion capital.
- Provide pre-lend reviews for financiers and contribute to IPO due diligence.
- Offer advisory support by delivering clear financial insights to clients.
- Collaborate with leaders to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction services or corporate finance.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis and due diligence.
- Background in Accounting, Commerce, or Business with CA, CFA, Master of Finance, FINSIA, or similar certification.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to influence and advise clients with commercial and analytical insights.
