About the Role
As a Youth Program Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children aged 5 to 18 with disabilities. Your mission? To ensure they have an amazing time filled with fun, creativity, and learning! This role is available during school holidays from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and assist with toileting as needed
- Prepare meals and bake delicious treats
- Offer emotional support and encouragement
- Assist with mobility and communication needs
- Plan and coordinate recreational activities
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment
- Join in on community outings and excursions

What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and love for working with kids

- Experience with children (experience with disabilities is a plus!)
Requirements
Successful applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- CPR and First Aid Certificate
