About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst Model Validation to join BOQ Group in Sydney, NSW. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive model validation and risk management strategies across various business areas, including Group Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Retail Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Validation – Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial models.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work with risk, finance, and treasury teams to ensure compliance.
- Data Analysis – Extract and interpret data from key systems to validate models.
- Risk Management – Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement validation processes.
- Process Improvement – Develop tools to streamline model validation procedures.
- Collaboration – Educate and empower business partners on validation approaches.
- Coaching & Mentoring – Support and guide teams in developing and maintaining models.

About You
- Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Physics, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, or Economics.
