Role Overview
Position: Mental Health Clinician
Location: Headspace Batemans Bay, NSW
Employment Type: Part-time (0.5 FTE), fixed-term contract until June 2027
Salary: $98,185.54 – $102,491.77 annually + Superannuation + NFP Salary Packaging

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and deliver psychological interventions (individual and group).
- Support family members in understanding and aiding youth with mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with GPs and health professionals to create and review care plans.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Implement a Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) approach to tailor care delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field.
- Membership with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, or ACA (Level 2 or above).
- Experience in mental health assessment and diagnosis.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based interventions and culturally appropriate care.
