Key Responsibilities
Conducting Targeted Investigations
- Perform investigations that enhance service delivery for children and families in the North Region.
- Assess safety and risk concerns and implement community-based interventions.
Family and Community Engagement
- Increase family engagement with community supports and referral pathways.
- Work collaboratively with Government and Non-government organizations to ensure child safety.
Case Management and Reporting
- Use a solution-based approach for complex case management.
- Evaluate risks and identify failures in protection and care.
- Prepare concise and evidence-based reports, both written and verbal.
