Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Collect, inspect, and store hatching eggs
- Monitor and adjust incubators and hatchers
- Perform candling of eggs to assess embryo development
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of hatchery equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Prior hatchery experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical strength for lifting and moving equipment
- Commitment to safety and hygiene
- Availability to work during public holidays if needed
