About the Program
Why Join Our Acute Clinical Nursing Program?
The Healthscope Revive Program is designed to support nurses transitioning back into the acute healthcare setting. As part of this program, you will be placed in one of 10 acute/rehabilitation Healthscope hospitals across Melbourne, where you’ll receive:
✔ Supernumerary time for a smooth transition
✔ A structured education program to refresh your acute care skills
✔ Ongoing support from experienced mentors and educators
The 12-week program will prepare you for success, followed by the opportunity to join Healthscope’s Victorian Casual Flexi Crew, where you can:
✔ Work across multiple Healthscope hospitals
✔ Gain experience in different clinical areas
✔ Potentially transition into a permanent role within the organisation
Program Requirements
To participate, you must:
✅ Attend all six study days, including Healthscope orientation
✅ Be available for at least three shifts per week (excluding night duty)

Eligibility Criteria
✔ Current AHPRA registration
✔ Valid working rights in Australia
✔ Experience in non-acute settings for five years or less
✔ Current Working with Children Check (Employee Version)
✔ Availability for three shifts per week during the program
