Position: Powder Coater
- Hourly Rate: $50 – $60 per hour
- Location: Karratha, Western Australia
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

What You Will Be Doing
As a Powder Coater, your primary responsibilities will include:
Painting and Coating Tasks
- Completing airless and conventional spray painting.
- Handling workshop-based and site-based tasks.
- Using abrasive blast equipment for surface preparation.
- Working with 2-pack paints for superior finishes.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensuring all work follows safety compliance guidelines.
- Adhering to worksite safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintaining equipment for safe and effective operations.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinating with engineers, fabricators, and machine operators.
- Contributing to a team-oriented work environment.
- Completing projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
What You Will Need
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Qualifications & Certifications
- Certificate III in Surface Preparation (Mandatory)
- RTIO Inducted (Preferred but not essential)
- MSIC Certification (Preferred but not essential)
Essential Skills
- Expertise in spray painting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation.
- Ability to work with abrasive blasting equipment.
Additional Requirements
- Working at Heights Certification.
- Confined Spaces Certification.
