Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality services.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training for Support Workers.
- Manage performance, service delivery, and administrative processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and documentation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
- Experience in team management and performance evaluation.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Services or relevant experience.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
- Compliance: NSW Driver’s Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR Certification, and a clear police check.
