Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training for Support Workers.
  • Manage performance, service delivery, and administrative processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and documentation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
  • Experience in team management and performance evaluation.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Services or relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
  • Compliance: NSW Driver’s Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR Certification, and a clear police check.
