Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Project Enablement team to achieve strategic alignment.
- Oversee project management practices, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for risk management, reporting, and benefits realization.
- Build and mentor a strong team, enhancing PMO capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders, leveraging communication and negotiation skills to drive collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in project and program management, including leading PMOs or similar functions.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Expertise in managing complex portfolios with a focus on risk, reporting, and benefits realization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
