About the Role
Intereach is seeking highly motivated, positive, and caring individuals to join our dynamic aged care team as a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care. This role involves providing quality services and support to people over the age of 65, helping them maintain their capacity for daily living and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respite care, domestic assistance, personal care, and other social services.
- Work in partnership with older people and their carers to achieve their goals.
- Deliver person-centered care to maintain independence and community connection.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community Care.
- Experience in the aged care sector with an understanding of older people’s needs.
- Ability to engage and build strong partnerships with clients.
This is a permanent part-time position based in Albury. The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Award (Home Care Employees) Level 4, with a starting hourly rate of $34.76 (depending on qualifications and experience).
