Job Opportunity: Admin Support Staff (2 Positions)
Morgan Consulting is seeking two enthusiastic Admin Support Staff members to assist the Aged Care Rostering Team. In this role, you will manage a busy phone line, assist clients and staff, and ensure smooth communication. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected non-profit organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy phone line: Handle calls from aged care clients and staff.
- Daily alert calls: Conduct proactive calls for service checks.
- Client feedback management: Collect and respond to client feedback.
- Handle escalated issues: Resolve complex client queries effectively.
- Support quality service delivery: Ensure high standards of care and service.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage phone lines efficiently.

- Prior experience in customer service or admin roles (aged care experience is desirable).
