Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and Midwives to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in patient assessment, care planning, and delivery.
  • Providing both direct and indirect patient care.
  • Supporting patient education and health promotion.
  • Contributing to continuous professional development and quality improvement.

You will play an essential role in ensuring safe and effective nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to high standards of patient care.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
