Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and Midwives to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in patient assessment, care planning, and delivery.
- Providing both direct and indirect patient care.
- Supporting patient education and health promotion.
- Contributing to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
You will play an essential role in ensuring safe and effective nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Current enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to high standards of patient care.
- Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
